Budget Trainer uses SMS primarily for customer-initiated, two-way conversations. We begin texting a customer after the customer sends a text message to our business number, initiating a two-way conversation with our team.
We use text messaging to answer questions about our services, schedule or confirm appointments, and follow up regarding a customer's inquiry or appointment. We do not use SMS to request sensitive financial information, account passwords, Social Security numbers, or banking credentials.
